Bambra Lodge is a newly refurbished three bedroom, one bathroom semi detached holiday house situated on a picturesque beachfront property at Lauderdale. The house has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which overlooks and opens onto a paved, fenced area enclosing a solar heated swimming pool. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other two each have 2 single beds so the Lodge can sleep up to 6 people, or 7 including a baby as a porta-cot is also available. There is a separate laundry and clothesline.
Outside is a private undercover eating area and barbeque for sole use of the guests of the Lodge and the beautiful uncrowded Roches Beach is only 150 metres walk away. The residents of the Lodge have shared use of the pool, spacious garden, trampoline and gravel tennis court. Arrangements can be made for access to the separate games room which has a 3/4 sized pool table. The bedrooms overlook the pool on one side and the orchard on the other. The property is also home to ducks, a sheep, chooks and various wildlife including bandicoots, possums, potaroos and native hens.
